POLICIES

RESERVATION DAY

Guests will receive a text message 15 minutes before the reservation allowing for remote check-in.

Valet parking is available at a discounted rate in the NEMA Parking Garage located on Jessie Street. Mention you're visiting Steel + Lacquer to valet and ask our Guest Service Experts for a stamp on your ticket.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

All reservations require a credit card on file, and a 25% reservation deposit is requested. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different reservation when rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice.

You may pay in the salon on the day of your service with the card of your choice. We accept Apple Pay and all forms of credit cards. We are a cashless company.

CANCELLATIONS

Considering all our guests and service providers, we have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy. Less than 48-hour notice will result in a 50% of service charge to the credit card on file. No call/no-show reservations will be 100% charged for the services and time reserved.

LATE POLICY

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, we may not be able to provide the service you have scheduled, and the cancellation fee above will apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer complete exchanges on all products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your new product, we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given a full credit towards purchasing another product or the total value in a gift card. Returns on the hairdryer, curling and flat irons must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in their original boxes. We can not offer a return or exchange of custom-ordered hair extensions.
